2011 Doc Walkers BBQ was providing barbecue and all the trimmings for all riders
DOC Walker’s Barbecue team was established in 2009 by Walt James. Walt was trained by one of the best barbarcuers in West Tennessee. Mr. Ronald Walker has been cooking bbq for over 50 years. This barbecue team is a proud supporter of The Downtown Dogs Group which is an organization that rescues animals and seeks a good home for them.
